1- How long will it take for my product to arrive?
A: The average delivery time is 3 to 7 weeks after the product is shipped.

2- Where does the product come from?
A: We represent manufacturers from Europe, China, the United States, and the Netherlands, depending on the selected product.

3- Can I pay in installments via bank transfer?
A: Installment payments are only accepted with a credit card. Bank transfers are only available for full payment.
Note: Payment by BANK TRANSFER can be made at any bank or lottery agency.

4- Can I pick up my order in person?
A: No, all shipments are done via postal service.

5- I purchased multiple products in the same order but only received part of it. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A: This can happen, but don’t worry. This situation occurs when there are different suppliers for the selected products. If this happens, two separate tracking numbers will be sent so you can track your orders. Since these are two different parcels, there will be two separate customs checks, which may result in different delivery times.

6- What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don’t worry, delays can occur, but they are rare. Your shipment is tracked daily, and if the product doesn’t arrive for any unforeseen reason within 90 business days from the shipping date, in accordance with the shipping and delivery terms, the payment will be refunded 100%.
